Corporate Controller

A key manufacturer is seeking a Corporate Controller in the greater Miami, FL area.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and year-end close, financial reporting, and accounting across multiple entities in accordance with U.S. GAAP.


• Oversee technical accounting, project accounting, job costing, inventory, revenue recognition, cash flow, and debt accounting.


• Strengthen internal controls, streamline processes, and improve accounting systems to support growth.


• Lead and develop the accounting team while partnering with the CFO on financial analysis, audits, and operational decision-making.

Candidates Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience.


• Strong U.S. GAAP, technical accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls expertise.


• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.


• Preferred: CPA, public accounting experience, and exposure to aviation/aerospace, MRO, manufacturing, or project-based businesses.
