Configuration Coordinator

On behalf of my client, an international digital agency, with a presence in Sussex Country, NJ.

Looking for a Configuration Coordinator to help as the company and number of clients scale.

Responsibilities include:

● Build out AV racks per specifications

● Document and label equipment

● Responsible for daily tasks to configure new hardware

● Configure media players including operating systems and network configurations

● Configure Audio Visual Control & Distribution systems

● Configure Network Equipment including Firewalls, Wifi Access Points, Network Switches, Broadband Wireless Modems, IP Power Distribution

● Collaborate with Warehouse Packing & Shipping Clerk to pick and maintain current warehouse inventory levels as documented in NetSuite

● Deliver configured hardware to the Shipping Team in a timely manner to meet customer service level agreements

● Escalate issues as needed (Internal and third-party support teams)

● Maintain daily internal status reports as well as communicating hardware failure internally

● Maintain records of equipment inventory

● Operate and maintain knowledge of audio/video distribution systems

Ideal candidate:

0-2 years of experience

Can work onsite 5 days/week.

Ability to work as a collaborative team-member.

Associate's in IT ideal.
