Real Estate And Construction Coordinator

Immediately hiring a Real Estate And Construction Coordinator for a national luxury brand! This role would be 3 months in length and possibly extend. Working the Real Estate and Construction teams, this role will support showroom remodels, new showroom projects and help update wholesale partner displays.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers across the full project lifecycle (showroom remodels, new showrooms projects, wholesale partner display updates)


• Support project tracking, workflows, and documentation within the ERP system


• Prepare, maintain, and update project plans, sheets, checklists, schedules, and documentation


• Coordinate project communications to ensure smooth transitions between phases and alignment on cost, schedule, quality, and completion


• Schedule and facilitate monthly facilities calls with showrooms and oversee follow‑through on all work orders


• Support the execution of projects for new, relocated, and remodeled showrooms to help ensure on‑time and on‑budget delivery


• Arrange start‑up of essential services, including utilities, disposal, and maintenance


• Order required product and coordinate shipment and on‑site delivery


• Support Store Design with plan updates, schedules, and project scope definitions using AutoCAD as needed


• Provide purchasing and project documentation to support fixed asset capitalization


• Assist with product assembly in the warehouse and on-site as needed


• Facilities support: mailroom, kitchen supplies, etc.


• Perform other related duties as assigned
