• Experienced consultative sales professional with a strong track record of exceeding revenue goals


• Confident communicating with business owners, executives, and other key decision-makers


• Strong relationship builder who understands how to develop long-term client partnerships


• Self-motivated, proactive, competitive, and results-oriented


• Comfortable prospecting and generating new business through networking, referrals, and self-directed business development


• Highly organized with strong pipeline and territory management skills


• Able to manage multiple sales opportunities and engagements simultaneously


• Consultative in your approach and skilled at understanding customer needs before recommending solutions


• Comfortable presenting complex technology and business solutions in a clear and compelling way


• Collaborative and energized by working in a high-performance sales environment


• Curious and committed to continuously learning about industry trends, technology, and competitive solutions

What You Will Need

• Develop and close new business within an assigned territory


• Generate prospects through networking, referrals, and self-sourcing


• Build relationships with business owners and executives


• Develop referral partnerships with key business partners


• Identify expansion opportunities within existing customers


• Conduct discovery to understand customer needs


• Recommend payroll, HR, and HCM solutions


• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations


• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close


• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline


• Maintain accurate CRM activity and sales records


• Stay current on HCM and technology trends


• Partner with internal teams throughout the sales process


• Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree preferred


• 3+ years of consultative software sales experience


• Proven record of new business generation


• Proven ability to manage a sales territory


• Strong prospecting, presentation, and closing skills


• Strong relationship-building skills


• Excellent organization and communication skills


• Salesforce experience preferred


• Experience with virtual selling tools


• Able to work independently and collaboratively


• Proactive, goal-oriented sales approach


• Valid U.S. driver’s license required


• Willingness to travel locally as needed
