A Florida-based real estate investment trust (REIT) and property management company are seeking interim support from a Property Management and Real Estate Lawyer. This engagement will last from late October through late January (with potential for extension) and will be 40 hours per week, remotely set up. Ideal candidates will have experience in the below areas, a J.D. from an accredited university in the U.S., and an active Florida bar license.

Responsibilities (and ideal background) will include support on:

• Landlord/Tenant disputes and general legal advice
• Contract reviews and terminations
• Document preparation - notices and violations
• Third party managed property advice and issues
• STRs
• Incident Reports
• Software Agreements - DPA and AI reviews
• Construction disputes
• Litigation efforts in conjunction with outside counsel

Pay for this engagement will be commensurate with experience, in a range roughly between $75 and $100 per hour, via W-2 with Legalpeople.
