Director of Manufacturing Operations

Director of Manufacturing Operations - $150,000 to $180,000 plus bonus

Our client is a Lancaster County-based growing privately held multi-site manufacturer with approximately 225 employees.

The Director of Manufacturing Operations position is a newly created position based on growth (both organic growth and growth through acquisition). The role will report to the company’s Chief Operating Officer (who is a class act and highly respected manufacturing leader in Lancaster County).

This role will have four direct reports and approximately 60 indirect reports.

Our client seeks an experienced Operations leader with a minimum of 10 years of experience within the manufacturing industry. The hired Vice President of Operations should have a strong breadth and depth of experience including Six Sigma / lean manufacturing experience, extensive project management experience and ISO experience.
