Job Title: Client Service Analyst

Pay Range: $30 - $33/hour

Respnosibilities

• Manage client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact for clients and sales channels.


• Provide a full range of services, including supporting client onboarding, answering client inquiries regarding fund and portfolio information and literature, addressing client-related issues, and executing client lifecycle events.


• Communicate and work closely with the sales force to provide high-quality service to clients.

Requirements

• Hold the SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses.


• Have at least three years of customer-facing financial services experience, ideally with approximately seven to eight years or less of total industry experience.


• Have experience supporting Financial Advisors, Wealth Management clients, Asset Management products, or Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs).
