Job Description:

• Experience with Windows patching, deployment, upgrades, licensing, and Windows Autopilot.


• Knowledge of Windows Server 2008–2019, Windows 7/10, Windows Update, and Windows as a Service.


• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, log analysis, BitLocker, activation, imaging, Sysprep, and WDS.


• Knowledge of Hyper-V, Failover Clustering, SAN/NAS storage, backup technologies, VSS, and Windows Firewall.
