Job Description:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Education and Events teams.


• Create and track purchase orders (POs), following applicable approval processes.


• Place and monitor product orders for education programs and events.


• Coordinate the gratis program, including requests, tracking, and distribution.


• Support planning and logistics for in-store activations, seminars, and events.


• Help coordinate schedules, materials, shipping, vendor communication, and on-site needs as required.


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in trade marketing, visual merchandising, or a related role, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry.


• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
