This position is 4-months contract-to-hire and onsite for our client near Daphne, AL. Stability offers medical, dental, and vision benefits if needed during the contract period. Position Summary We’re partnering with a healthcare technology company seeking a hands-on IT Support Technician to provide onsite and remote technical support to employees. This person will troubleshoot end-user technology, support Google Workspace and Okta, manage requests through Jira, and help maintain reliable technology across office and facility locations. Responsibilities Provide onsite and remote support for laptops, desktops, peripherals, accounts, and common software issues. Support users with Google Workspace applications, including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Meet. Assist with Okta access, sign-in, and multifactor authentication issues. Track incidents and service requests in Jira, documenting troubleshooting steps and resolutions. Support Slack and help resolve user access or functionality issues. Provide hands-on technology support at facilities, including troubleshooting network connectivity and Wi-Fi. Assist with badge system issues and coordinate with facilities or security teams when needed. Set up and configure equipment for new hires, office changes, and other workplace needs. Communicate clearly with users and follow up to ensure issues are resolved. Qualifications Experience providing desktop or end-user technical support in an onsite environment. Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Okta, Jira, and Slack. Experience troubleshooting network connectivity and Wi-Fi in office or facility settings. Familiarity with employee badge systems or access control support. Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
