No C2C Position: RPA Business Analyst Location: Jersey City, New Jersey Duration - 1 Year Key Requirements: 5 years of Business Analysis experience in automation, digital transformation, or process improvement projects. Strong hands-on knowledge of UiPath (must-have skill). Experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Expertise in process discovery, process analysis, process reengineering, and requirements gathering. Experience preparing BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and As-Is/To-Be process flows. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SIT/UAT testing. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills. Experience collaborating with RPA developers and architects to deliver automation solutions. Good to Have: Banking, Financial Services, or Capital Markets experience.
