Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales goals. Take ownership of dealership sales performance and profitability. Work directly with salespeople to structure and close deals. Ensure consistent customer follow-up and effective CRM utilization. Develop a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Work closely with dealership leadership to identify opportunities for growth. What We're Looking For Previous automotive sales management and finance management experience is a must. Strong leadership, communication, and closing skills.
