Entry Level Associate Attorney, Real Estate and Landlord-Tenant Litigation

Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP seeks associate attorneys with 1+ years of meaningful experience handling real estate litigation matters in the residential and commercial landlord-tenant parts of the New York City Civil Court.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in drafting pleadings, motions, conducting settlement conferences, arguing motions and being comfortable in making frequent court appearances.

Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $135,000.00
