Finance Consultant

The Finance role leads budgeting, financial reporting, monthly close, revenue and expense management, treasury functions, grants support, audit and compliance, and financial operations. The position also partners with leadership, the Development team, auditors, and the Board to ensure accurate financial management, regulatory compliance, strong internal controls, and clear financial decision-making.
Responsibilities:

• Support grants management, financial forecasting, and budget administration, serving as a liaison between Finance and Development.
• Manage grant budgets and compliance
• Support multi-year financial models and forecasts
• Coordinate financial operations across NDWA (501(c)(3)) and Care in Action (501(c)(4) and Super PAC)
• Maintains the organization's in-house budgeting and reporting tools.
