TWP Client Advisor

Location: Fontainebleau Las Vegas, Las Vegas, NV

Employment Type: Full-Time (and/or Part Time)

Compensation: Hourly + Commission

Reports To: Store Manager of Las Vegas

About the Role

TWP is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Client Advisor to join our brand new store opening team at Fontainebleau Las Vegas. This is a full-time, client-facing position designed for someone with a strong background in fashion retail, styling, and relationship-driven sales.

The ideal candidate has an elevated sense of style, a genuine passion for fashion, and the ability to create thoughtful, personalized experiences for every client. This individual will be responsible for developing a strong personal business, cultivating long-term client relationships, and representing the TWP brand through exceptional service, styling, and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience through expert styling and thoughtful wardrobe recommendations.
• Drive personal sales performance and consistently work toward monthly sales goals.
• Build and maintain a strong client book through proactive outreach, appointments, follow-up, and clienteling.
• Develop new client relationships while fostering loyalty and repeat business.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of TWP collections, product, fabrication, fit, and brand storytelling.
• Create complete looks and wardrobe solutions tailored to each client's individual lifestyle and needs.
• Maintain a highly engaged presence on the sales floor and proactively identify selling opportunities.
• Partner with store leadership to support overall store sales and business objectives.
• Maintain TWP visual and merchandising standards and ensure the selling environment consistently reflects the brand.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including POS, inventory integrity, product organization, and general store standards.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
• Act as a polished and professional ambassador for TWP within the Fontainebleau Las Vegas environment.
