Technical Services Engineer

The client is a globally recognized manufacturer of heavy equipment components used across the mining, construction, and dredging sectors. They are continuing to expand its footprint in North America and are seeking a Technical Service Engineer.

The role will support and ensure customer success by maximising equipment availability and performance through high-quality field support, technical diagnostics, and close coordination with internal teams. This person will plan and execute field trials and critical installations, monitor product behaviour in operation, and drive high customer satisfaction through technical advice, troubleshooting, and post-sales technical assistance in the field.

It reports directly to the Global Reliability Manager based in Europe, with a dotted line into the North America Manager.

The role is home-based in Arizona (out-of-state candidates will not be considered unless they are willing to relocate themselves), and most travel will be within Arizona.

Qualifications:

BSc or higher in Mechanical Engineering (a must).

Mining industry exposure necessary.

Minimum of 5+ years as a Technical Field Engineer, Product Support Rep or after-sales technical support for products serving the mining industry.

Welding knowledge/experience a plus.

Ideally, good understanding of earth-moving equipment.

Compensation includes a base salary based on experience, bonus, holidays, health, dental, and vision insurance, and 401k.
