? $100K to $135K Base + 20% Bonus + 3% Commission

Seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in custom plastic injection molding or related plastics manufacturing. Ideal candidates are true new business hunters with established OEM relationships and experience generating new customers, RFQs, and molding programs.

Key Qualifications:

• Custom injection molding or related plastics industry experience


• Proven success developing new OEM business


• Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills


• Experience selling engineered plastic components and manufacturing solutions


• Ability to identify new programs and tooling transfer opportunities


• Comfortable with customer travel and technical sales discussions

Selling custom injection molded contract manufacturing services directly to OEMs in the following industries:

• Consumer Products


• Industrial Equipment


• Electrical & Electronics
