Cleaning Technicians and Independent Contractors

Bright Space Cleaning is seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team as either Full-Time Cleaning Technicians (W-2 Employees) or Independent Contractors (1099). In this role, you will provide high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Perform residential and commercial cleaning services according to company standards.


• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect all assigned areas.


• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, offices, common areas, and other designated spaces.


• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and properly.


• Follow cleaning schedules and client-specific instructions.


• Identify and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards.


• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with customers.


• Arrive on time and complete assigned jobs efficiently and thoroughly.


• Secure client property and maintain confidentiality and trust at all times.


• Work independently or as part of a team to complete cleaning assignments.


• Deliver excellent customer service and help create long-term client relationships.

• Strong attention to detail.


• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


• Dependable, honest, and professional work ethic.


• Strong communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, standing, and walking for extended periods.


• Ability to pass a background check.

• Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience.


• Experience using professional cleaning equipment and products.


• Knowledge of proper sanitation and cleaning techniques.


• Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
