We are looking for an Entry-Level Recruiter to join our fast growing company!

Social Capital Resources is seeking a motivated, competitive, and ambitious Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing financial services recruiting team.

Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and recruit professionals across banking, asset management, hedge funds, and other financial services firms.


• Build relationships with candidates through phone calls, networking, LinkedIn, and referrals.


• Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their experience, qualifications, and career goals.


• Match qualified candidates with open positions at our financial services clients.


• Develop and maintain a strong network of industry professionals.


• Manage candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.


• Partner with senior recruiters and account managers to fill active client positions.


• Work toward individual recruiting and performance goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree


• 0–2 years of professional experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.


• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.


• Competitive, energetic, and highly motivated to succeed.


• Comfortable making phone calls and proactively reaching out to new people.


• Strong work ethic, resilience, and willingness to learn.


• Ability to multitask and succeed in a fast-paced environment.


• Interest in financial services, recruiting, or sales.
