Location: Onsite Beacon Hill, WA

Rate: $35-40/hr

Type: Contract, fulltime

We’re seeking a Semiconductor Lab Technician to support hands-on lab operations, equipment maintenance, and test execution in a fast-paced engineering environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, working with precision equipment, and keeping a high-tech lab running smoothly. What You’ll Do

• Partner with Product, Test, and Quality Engineering to support daily lab operations


• Perform equipment upkeep, monitor up-time, and execute test plans


• Run tests using probers, testers, ovens, and benchtop measurement systems


• Coordinate shipments for part assembly and builds


• Work with Facilities on equipment installation needs (power, vacuum, air, space)


• Manage calibration schedules and preventative maintenance with vendors


• Organize and maintain spare parts and lab supply inventory


• Support PCB debug, including component rework and soldering


• Follow and improve SOPs to ensure consistent, high-quality lab processes

What You Bring

• 3+ years of relevant lab or technician experience (associate degree in electronics preferred)


• Experience with soldering, equipment maintenance, and basic PCB rework


• Ability to read engineering drawings and use measurement tools


• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and initiative


• Comfortable working independently and stepping in where needed


• Strong communication skills and proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook


• A proactive mindset, spots issues early and drives solutions
