Customer Service Representative

Job Overview – The Customer Service Representative will work with internal Sales/Imports and external 3PLs (public warehouses) daily for customer support-related activities/issues. The essential functions of the Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to the following:

Responsibilities:

• Process EDI orders; review for accuracy against bulk orders (style/color/size/price)


• Review/run allocation reports for order fulfillment to generate automatic pick ticket sending to the warehouse


• Enter non-EDI orders into Blue Cherry system (data entry)


• Work with Sales team on discrepant PO’s – follow up to be sure any issues are resolved


• Review open order reports for monthly shipping; liaise with imports for inbound goods


• to verify arrival of goods meets the required customer delivery dates. Call out any issues (i.e. late shipment)


• Update DTC (direct to customer) orders in the respective portals (i.e. Kohls/Walmart/Nordstrom/Amazon, etc.)


• Answer customer concern emails for some DTC vendors.


• Accounts with special handling requirements – send rework information to the warehouses for compliance (i.e. adding RFID/labels/stickers/polybags/hangers, etc.).


• Order appropriate supplies where necessary.


• Cross training with other team members necessary for back up purposes


• Position reports to the Customer Support Manager


• Help key in non-automated returns

Qualifications:

• High school graduate (minimum education)


• Minimum 3 years experience - related industry (garment) experience preferred.


• Excellent communication skills


• Multi-tasking ability, detail oriented, positive attitude


• Able to excel in a fast-paced environment


• Knowledge of Microsoft Office


• Blue Cherry experience preferred but not required


• Work well within a team

40 hours per week

Salary Range- $42,000-$45,000 annually. Based on Experience.
