Pricing Supervisor

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with pricing operations, pricing analysis, and team leadership. Manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred but not required. They should be analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and personable, with the ability to oversee pricing activities, resolve escalated issues, track team performance, and identify opportunities to improve processes. Experience with Excel and Power BI or Qlik is preferred, along with the ability to coach team members and collaborate with sales, finance, and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the day-to-day activities of the pricing team


• Ensure pricing requests and workflows are completed accurately and on time


• Prioritize workloads and resolve escalated pricing issues


• Collaborate with sales, finance, and other departments to address pricing concerns


• Monitor team performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs)


• Analyze pricing data and recommend process improvements


• Lead special projects, data cleanup, and process improvement initiatives


• Support pricing adjustments and price increase initiatives


• Coach and develop team members to improve performance


• Help implement new technology, automation, and AI-driven process improvements

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of pricing experience preferred


• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred


• Manufacturing or industrial industry experience is a plus, but not required


• Experience with pricing operations, pricing analysis, or pricing administration


• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel


• Power BI, Qlik, and experience with ERP, CRM, or other reporting systems preferred


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines


• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently and with a team


• Ability to work a hybrid schedule, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, in Easton, PA


• Compensation up to $95,000 annually
