Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front of House Manager, based in Richmond, VA. The Front of House Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities include managing and training front-of-house staff, maintaining service standards, addressing customer feedback, and ensuring smooth coordination between staff. The role also includes monitoring sales and performance metrics to meet operational goals, promoting a positive team environment, and assisting with other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with staff and guests


• Experience and knowledge in Food & Beverage operations


• Proven ability to provide effective training for front-of-house team members


• Understanding of basic Sales principles and approaches to drive guest satisfaction and revenue growth


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and problem-solving skills


• Leadership experience within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred


• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
