Role: PLM Program Manager & Onsite Coordinator Location: East Syracuse, NY (onsite) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced PLM Program Manager & Onsite Coordinator with strong expertise in PTC Windchill to manage PLM projects, coordinate with customers, and lead technical teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in PLM architecture, Windchill customization, BOM transformation, and project management. Key Responsibilities Manage PLM projects and coordinate onsite activities with customers and technical teams. Lead PTC Windchill implementation, configuration, customization, and support. Work with Windchill 13.0/13.1, PDMLink, and Arbortext. Manage BOM transformation, workflows, and lifecycle processes. Provide technical guidance on Java, JSP, and J2EE-based customizations. Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, risks, and customer requirements. Lead technical teams and ensure timely project delivery. Troubleshoot PLM issues and support continuous system improvements. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering. 9 years of experience in PLM and PTC Windchill. Strong knowledge of Windchill 13.0/13.1, PDMLink, and Arbortext. Experience with BOM transformation, workflows, lifecycles, and customizations. Knowledge of Java, JSP, and J2EE.
