We are seeking an exceptional Chief Capital Officer to join a privately held, founder-led enterprise with substantial real estate holdings, established operating businesses, and significant opportunities for development and expansion.

The enterprise represents a diverse portfolio of assets and businesses, including:

• A 2,000-acre, fully entitled master-planned residential community in Las Vegas, offering significant long-term development and investment potential.
• A large-scale master-planned residential community in Arizona.
• An established homebuilding operation with a 40+ year history and more than 12,000 homes developed, built, and sold.
• A class-defining luxury custom homebuilding division.
• An operational gypsum and aggregate mine in Southern Nevada, with opportunities for continued growth and expansion into building materials.
• A portfolio of additional real estate and investment properties in the Las Vegas market.

The opportunity extends well beyond a traditional corporate finance position.

We are looking for a proven capital markets executive and strategic business leader capable of originating and closing institutional financing, establishing long-term investment relationships, and helping build the financial and organizational infrastructure of an expanding enterprise.

The Mandate

The Chief Capital Officer will work directly with ownership to:

• Lead capital formation: Secure debt, institutional equity, joint venture financing, and strategic investment capital.
• Drive transaction execution: Originate, structure, negotiate, and close major financing transactions.
• Build investment relationships: Establish and leverage relationships with private equity firms, institutional lenders, family offices, investment banks, and private credit providers.
• Direct capital strategy: Develop financing and capital allocation plans across real estate development, homebuilding, mining, and potential building materials operations.
• Strengthen enterprise management: Establish financial reporting, investment analysis, budgeting, and capital management disciplines.
• Build the organization: Recruit and lead financial executives and support personnel as the enterprise expands.
• Partner with ownership: Participate directly in strategic business decisions, investment opportunities, and long-term value creation.

Who We Are Looking For

An accomplished executive with a demonstrated record of personally originating, negotiating, and closing substantial institutional capital transactions.

Ideal backgrounds include:

• Real estate private equity Managing Director or Partner
• Investment banking or capital markets Managing Director
• Developer or homebuilder CFO / CIO
• Private credit or institutional lending executive
• Senior investment executive with a private investment company or family office

Candidates should bring strong capital relationships, financial sophistication, leadership ability, entrepreneurial judgment, and a proven ability to execute.

A cumulative transaction record of approximately $500 million or more is preferred, with particular emphasis on transactions personally led through closing.
