COMPENSATION: $165,900 - $205,000 base salary target range + 25% annual bonus opportunity

SUMMARY & OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Director of Enterprise Security to modernize and scale security across a cloud-first, AI-enabled enterprise environment. This leader will be responsible for driving enterprise security strategy while building and leading teams across Security Operations, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Identity & Access Management, and DevSecOps. This role is ideal for a security executive who can balance business objectives with strong security practices, leverage automation and AI-driven operations, and build security programs that enable the business to move faster while reducing risk.

Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise security strategy, roadmap development, and execution.
• Oversee Security Operations, Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, and Cyber Resilience initiatives.
• Build and mature Governance, Risk & Compliance programs, including PCI DSS and security framework alignment.
• Lead Identity & Access Management, Privileged Access Management, and Identity Governance initiatives.
• Develop and scale Application Security and DevSecOps capabilities.
• Partner with technology teams on Azure, AWS, cloud security, and infrastructure security initiatives.
• Manage security vendors, MDR/MSSP relationships, budgets, and strategic investments.
• Establish security KPIs, operational metrics, and executive-level reporting.
• Drive adoption of automation, AI-assisted security operations, and continuous compliance practices.
• Present security posture, risk, and business impact to executive leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• 5+ years leading security managers and technical security teams.
• Experience building or transforming enterprise security organizations.
• Strong background in Security Operations, Incident Response, SIEM, SOAR, and security automation.
• Experience managing MDR/MSSP providers and vendor relationships.
• Expertise in IAM, PAM, IGA, and Identity Security programs.
• Experience with PCI DSS, NIST CSF, CIS, and other industry security frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud security, DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Strong leadership, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

PLUSSES (NOT REQUIRED)

• CISSP, CISM, or CCSP certification.
• Telecom, wireless, subscription-services, or regulated industry experience.
• Experience building AI-assisted security operations.
• Experience with Zero Trust architecture initiatives.
• Experience overseeing large-scale security transformation programs.

Compensation:

$165,900 - $205,000 base salary target range + 25% annual bonus opportunity
