Accounting Manager – Construction

ction organization in a highly visible Accounting Manager role with direct exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to lead and develop an accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and review WIP schedules, job cost reports, and percentage-of-completion accounting
• Oversee AIA billing and lien waiver processes
• Analyze project costs, profitability, budgets, and forecasts
• Manage cash flow and forecasting
• Lead and develop accounting staff

Qualifications

• Strong construction accounting background;
  subcontractor experience preferred
• Strong job costing and WIP reporting experience
• Percentage-of-completion accounting experience
• AIA billing and lien waiver experience
• Strong month-end close ownership and leadership experience
• Procore highly preferred;
  experience with Sage 300 or other large ERP systems preferred
