Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cincinnati, OH, responsible for overseeing HR operations and supporting a positive employee experience. This role manages recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, offers, and new hire orientation. The Human Resources Manager administers benefits and compensation programs, maintains employee records, and ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies. Day-to-day tasks include advising managers on performance management, handling employee relations matters, and supporting training and development initiatives. The role also involves updating HR procedures, supporting safety and compliance initiatives, and partnering with leadership on workforce planning and organizational culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
• Experience administering benefits, compensation, and HR policies while maintaining accurate and confidential HR records.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills to work effectively with employees and managers at all levels.
• Proficiency with HRIS or HR management systems, and solid skills in using office software (e.g., email, documents, spreadsheets) for HR reporting.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, with experience applying them in day-to-day HR decisions.
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) are a plus. xevrcyc
• Experience in safety-related, construction, or industrial environments is beneficial, along with an interest in supporting workplace safety initiatives.
