• First-Time Surrogates: Base pay starting at $45,000 – $55,000+
• Experienced Surrogates: Base pay up to $60,000 – $75,000+
• Total Estimated Value:$55,000 – $85,000+ with fees, bonuses, and allowances.
• Milestone Bonuses & Allowances:
• Monthly Personal Allowance ($200 – $300/mo)
• Contract Signing Bonus: $1,000
• IVF Medication Start Bonus: $500 – $1,000
• Embryo Transfer Fee: $1,500 – $2,000
• Maternity Clothing Allowance: $800 – $1,000
• Fully covered health, legal, and travel costs

• Female between 21 and 42 years old
• Live in an eligible US state (US Citizen or Permanent Resident)
• Have delivered at least one healthy child of your own (currently living with you)
• Uncomplicated pregnancy history
• Non-smoker and drug-free with a healthy BMI (generally under 32)
• Financially independent (not receiving non-medical state assistance)
