Role Description The Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position located in West Palm Beach, FL. This role oversees day-to-day construction activities, including coordinating crews, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope. The Supervisor ensures adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures, while maintaining clear communication with project managers, subcontractors, and clients. Responsibilities include reviewing plans, organizing materials and equipment, resolving on-site issues, and documenting project updates. The role also involves training and mentoring team members, conducting site inspections, and supporting continuous improvement of workflows and job site efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction or interior renovation projects, including coordinating crews and managing daily site operations.


• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, safety regulations, and quality control practices.


• Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to provide clear direction and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.


• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, project plans, and work orders, and in maintaining accurate documentation.


• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects or phases concurrently.


• Ability to identify and resolve on-site challenges, including scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, and quality or safety concerns.


• Comfort with basic construction-related technology and tools, such as project management software, mobile apps, and digital reporting.


• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications in construction supervision or safety (e.g., OSHA) are beneficial.


• Prior experience in interior construction or renovation in commercial or residential settings is preferred.
