We're partnering with a growing manufacturer seeking a hands-on Plant Manager to lead production, packaging, fulfillment, and shipping operations in a fast-paced environment.

To be considered, candidates must have experience in food manufacturing, packaging, consumer products, or another regulated manufacturing environment (GMP/FDA/HACCP preferred).

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day plant operations
• Drive productivity, throughput, and on-time delivery
• Manage and develop supervisors and production teams
• Improve processes, reduce bottlenecks, and optimize labor
• Partner with planning and scheduling to execute production goals
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of Plant Management or Manufacturing Operations leadership experience
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced production environments
• Strong background in labor planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational performance
