Position Summary

The Logistics Accounting Analyst supports daily accounting operations, reporting, invoice processing, and payroll while ensuring compliance with company procedures across distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Ensure distribution centers follow purchase order procedures.
• Perform three-way invoice matching for payment processing.
• Review staffing agency invoices and assist with payroll using Paychex.
• Manage office supply orders and vendor relationships.
• Standardize distribution center reports to meet company requirements.
• Complete data entry and collaborate with accounting, operations, and distribution center management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience or an accounting/economics background.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and automation skills.
• Payroll experience with Paychex preferred or required.
• Knowledge of distribution center operations preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of management and meet strict deadlines.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Prolonged computer use and sitting.
• Ability to climb stairs and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to work in a distribution center with varying temperatures.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
