Job Title: Data Engineer

Location: Washington, DC (Onsite Job)

Must-Haves

2+ years of hands-on Data Engineering experience

Experience delivering multiple production-grade cloud data platform implementations

Advanced Python, SQL, and Spark/PySpark with some exposure to Databricks.

Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT, data modeling, CDC, streaming, governance, and performance optimization

Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment strategies

Experience contributing to solution design and architectural decisions

Experience leading technical implementation activities and/or mentoring engineers

At least one Associate-level or higher AWS, Azure, or GCP certification

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Delta Lake and Lakehouse architectures.

Experience with Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Azure Synapse Analytics, or Google BigQuery.

Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes.

Familiarity with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
