Pay & Earnings

• Starting pay: $20/hour while training
• Average earnings with bonuses: $22–$27/hour
• Weekly spiffs and monthly bonus opportunities after training
• Paid weekly

• Help guests find home furnishings that fit their style and budget
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Learn the fundamentals of retail leadership and store operations
• Support inventory, merchandising, and daily execution

• Develop the skills needed to eventually lead your own store
