Position Overview

Republican Jobs is recruiting on behalf of a client in the political technology and data industry seeking an experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead marketing operations, manage a growing team, and oversee the company's content, digital presence, events, and lead generation initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketing leader who understands the political industry, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can successfully manage multiple priorities while driving measurable results. This individual will play a key role in expanding the company's marketing efforts ahead of the 2028 election cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day marketing operations across digital channels, content, events, and communications.
• Manage marketing staff, workflows, deadlines, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Oversee website updates, blog content, marketing collateral, and customer-facing materials.
• Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies and broader social media content calendars.
• Plan and coordinate webinars, virtual events, industry conferences, and sponsorship opportunities.
• Expand the company's annual event calendar and marketing initiatives ahead of the 2028 election cycle.
• Monitor SEO performance, lead generation, engagement, and overall marketing ROI.
• Collaborate with company leadership to align marketing activities with business development and growth objectives.
• Establish clear performance expectations, accountability, and reporting processes across marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Senior-level marketing leadership experience in politics, technology, advocacy, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of political campaigns, consulting firms, political organizations, and election cycles.
• Demonstrated success managing remote teams, marketing personnel, and multiple simultaneous projects.
• Hands-on leadership style with strong organizational skills, accountability, and follow-through.
• Experience overseeing digital marketing, websites, content development, social media, events, and budgets.
• Data-driven approach with experience tracking marketing KPIs, lead generation, and campaign performance.
• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter capable of working independently and making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
