Part-Time Executive Legal Assistant to the General Counsel

Reporting directly to and working under the direction of the General Counsel, the Part-Time Executive Legal Assistant to the General Counsel will provide confidential administrative and paralegal support to the General Counsel and be a critical part of the organization's Legal Team.

This position supports the General Counsel and internal legal activities by processing litigation holds, coordinating communications, maintaining files and records, monitoring compliance with labor agreements and statutory and regulatory filings, preparing and processing documents, and scheduling meetings, travel, and related logistics in accordance with Color Of Change policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess superb organizational and communication skills; creative problem-solving skills; knowledge of legal procedures, process, concepts, and terminology; the ability to handle a multitude of tasks simultaneously; and the ability to adapt quickly to meet changing deadlines and priorities.
