Who Will Thrive Here?
We're looking for someone who is curious, analytical, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to learn. You enjoy getting into the details of a dataset just as much as stepping back to ask, "What is this telling us—and how can we make this better?"
You're also someone who looks for a better way. You're energized by innovation and continuous improvement, comfortable questioning an existing process, and interested in exploring how technology, AI, automation, and better processes can make work simpler, smarter, and more effective.
At the same time, you understand that innovation starts with strong execution. You're willing to dig into the details, maintain accurate data, support administrative processes, document how work gets done, and follow through to make sure new ideas actually work in practice.
Ideally, you'll bring experience in HR analytics, compensation, payroll, HRIS, workforce analytics, consulting, or business process improvement, along with strong Excel and data skills. Experience with HR technology, AI/automation, or system implementations is a plus.
