Human Resources Generalist

Join a growing manufacturing organization as the on-site Human Resources Generalist supporting a 100-employee facility. This role serves as the primary HR partner for plant leadership and employees, providing support across recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, engagement, performance management, and HR administration. The HR Generalist will work closely with operations leaders to foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring HR programs and policies are effectively implemented at the site level. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and partnering directly with employees and leaders to drive business success.

Key Qualifications:

• HR Generalist experience with recruiting and employee relations responsibilities
• Manufacturing, distribution, or other industrial industry experience preferred
• Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter comfortable working independently while collaborating with corporate HR partners
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting hourly and salaried employees
