Email Marketing & Automation Specialist (HubSpot required)

Our client, ranked #1 University for innovation, is hiring a HubSpot Email Marketing/Automation Specialist to join their team!

Hourly Rate: Up to $46.75/hour (W2 - Max Rate)

Employment Type: Contract (40 hours/week)

Duration: 6+ months

*Possible conversion to FTE if located in Phoenix, AZ (not guaranteed)

Location: 100% Remote

*Hybrid in Phoenix, AZ if converted to FTE

Responsibilities:

• Support email marketing and campaign execution across its learning programs and initiatives
• Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing Operations, this is a tactical, execution-focused role for someone with strong hands-on HubSpot experience who can quickly jump in and support day-to-day marketing automation needs
• Build and deploy email campaigns in HubSpot
• Develop, manage, and deploy HubSpot workflows and automations
• Create and manage audience segments
• Support campaign reporting and performance analysis
• Troubleshoot and optimize email campaigns and workflows

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub
• Detail-oriented with strong execution and follow-through
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Senior-level experience is not required; strong tactical HubSpot skills are the priority
