Role Description The Customer Service Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at FASTSIGNS of Blue Ash in Blue Ash, OH. This position is responsible for greeting and assisting customers in person, by phone, and via email, ensuring a positive and professional experience at every interaction. Day-to-day tasks include answering inquiries, providing product and service information, preparing quotes, entering and tracking orders, and coordinating with the production and installation teams to meet deadlines. The role also involves updating customer records, handling basic billing or payment questions, and following up to ensure satisfaction. The Customer Service Specialist supports a collaborative workplace by communicating clearly with colleagues and helping maintain an organized front office environment.

• Knowledge in the sign industry is desirable.


• Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and support strong Customer Satisfaction.


• Skills in Customer Support and enhancing the overall Customer Experience throughout the service process.


• Professional Phone Etiquette and clear, courteous communication with customers and coworkers.


• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.


• Comfort using computers, POS systems, and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools).


• Experience with our insustry CRM Corebridge is a plus


• Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail, print, signage, or a service-oriented environment.


• Ability to work on-site full time, collaborate with a team, and adapt in a fast-paced setting.


• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or business is a plus.
