Soldering / Electronic Assembly Technician

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to assist with board assembly, wire harnessing, and other electronic assembly tasks. The ideal candidate will have good hand-eye coordination, the ability to read technical drawings, and strong English communication skills. Soldering experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic boards and components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, assembly instructions, and diagrams.
• Perform wire harnessing and assist with wiring and component connections.
• Use hand tools and assembly equipment to complete tasks accurately.
• Inspect assembled components to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow assembly procedures and meet production and quality standards.

Requirements

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English proficiently.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and written instructions.
• Soldering experience preferred.
• Previous assembly, electronics, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Language Requirement: Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome, but proficient English skills are required to read instructions, understand procedures, and communicate effectively in the workplace.
