We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary engineering organization responsible for designing and delivering complex hardware and software products.

This is a leadership-focused role where you'll develop engineering talent, drive execution across multiple technical teams, and partner with senior technical leaders to ensure successful product delivery. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with experience managing engineering managers, technical leads, and senior engineers in fast-paced product development environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop engineering managers, technical leads, and senior engineers across multiple disciplines.


• Drive project execution from concept through production readiness.


• Manage schedules, priorities, risks, and cross-functional dependencies.


• Partner with technical leadership to translate strategic objectives into executable plans.


• Build and scale engineering teams through hiring, workforce planning, and organizational development.


• Establish performance management processes, career development plans, and succession strategies.


• Monitor delivery metrics and proactively address risks impacting timelines and objectives.


• Represent engineering leadership in executive-level reviews and customer-facing discussions.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.


• 10+ years of engineering product development experience.


• 4+ years of engineering leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.


• Proven success leading hardware and/or software product development organizations.


• Strong experience with hiring, performance management, coaching, and organizational growth.


• Experience managing complex projects involving multiple technical disciplines.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Must be authorized to work permanently in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with embedded systems, electronics, firmware, or software development teams.


• Exposure to cybersecurity, systems integration, compliance, or regulated environments.


• Experience in startup, defense, aerospace, robotics, or advanced technology organizations.
