Sales Manager Overview

• Lead from the sales floor by actively selling, styling, and developing clientele


• Drive store sales and motivate the team to achieve sales goals


• Coach associates on selling, clienteling, styling, and wardrobing


• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients


• Create complete looks and provide personalized fashion recommendations


• Maintain a high-energy, customer-focused sales environment

Sales Manager Qualifications

• Proven success in fashion retail sales, luxury sales, or clienteling


• Strong ability to drive sales and build a loyal client base


• Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales team


• Confident styling and wardrobing clients


• Energetic, positive, and comfortable engaging customers on the sales floor


• Passion for fashion, trends, and designer brands
