Business Associate - Hiring Immediately (Chicago) | $75,000-$110,000

Helping a client understand their options clearly and guiding them toward a confident next step is the foundation of this role. Every conversation matters, and the people you work with will rely on your ability to listen, explain and follow through.

As a Business Associate, your daily work centers on meeting with clients, reviewing their needs and presenting solutions that fit. You will manage your own schedule of appointments, maintain accurate records and coordinate follow-up so nothing falls through the cracks.

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Chicago. No prior industry experience is required. If you have worked in retail, food service, hospitality or any role where clear communication and reliability mattered, those strengths transfer directly here.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Meeting with clients to discuss their coverage and service options

Following up on pending requests and open items
