Parts Manager

Growing $60M Heavy Equipment Distributor/Dealer seeking a talented Parts Manager. This company sells and rents high quality earthmoving, compaction, paving and milling machines, crushing and screening equipment, trailers and material handling equipment. This position will manage a $19M+ department in 2 locations in the Chicago area with at total of 6 employees. • Must have 5+ years of Parts Department experience. Preferred: heavy equipment (mining, construction, road building equipment, agricultural equipment, truck or industrial equipment).


• Must have 2+ years of supervisor/management experience of 4+ people


• HS Diploma or equivalent


• Strong understanding of inventory control and parts management processes.


• Must have good computer skills including dealership management systems and Microsoft applications.


• Must have good customer service, communication, management and organizational skills.


• Base 75-115k base with $10K potential bonus, car allowance of $11K and good health benefits, 401k, etc.,
