Lead Technical Business Analyst - Finance Data & Snowflake Modernization

We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Business Analyst with strong Finance domain expertise and hands-on experience in data modernization, Snowflake, and financial data migration. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technical teams to deliver accurate, scalable finance data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.


• Demonstrate strong knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Chart of Accounts, journal entries, P&L, revenue, spend, and financial reconciliation.


• Lead source-to-target mapping, data analysis, data validation, and migration activities for Snowflake modernization.


• Use SQL to analyze financial data, validate transformations, and resolve data quality issues.


• Define business rules, reporting requirements, and data models for finance and management reporting.


• Lead UAT, reconciliation testing, defect resolution, and business sign-off.


• Translate complex business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.

Required Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Technical Business Analysis, preferably in Finance or Financial Services.


• Strong hands-on understanding of Finance/GL data and financial reporting processes.


• Experience with Snowflake, cloud data platforms, data migration, and data modernization.


• Strong SQL skills, source-to-target mapping, data validation, and reconciliation.


• Proven experience leading stakeholder discussions, UAT, and cross-functional delivery.
