Metric DCX is partnering with an ENR Top-10 General Contractor to hire experienced General Superintendents for major hyperscale data center construction projects across the United States.

If you're a General Superintendent or Senior Superintendent with experience leading field operations on large-scale, mission-critical construction projects, this could be a great next step.

Location: National Travel

Sector: Hyperscale Data Centers / Mission Critical

Contractor: ENR Top-10 General Contractor

THE OPPORTUNITY

You'll take ownership of overall field operations on some of the most technically complex construction projects in North America, leading site teams from mobilization through commissioning and turnover.

Key responsibilities include:

✅ Leading superintendents, field teams, and subcontractors across all construction disciplines

✅ Overseeing civil, structural, architectural, and MEP construction activities

✅ Driving site safety, quality, construction sequencing, and project milestones

✅ Managing site logistics, manpower planning, and subcontractor performance

✅ Coordinating with project management, engineering, and commissioning teams

✅ Resolving field coordination issues and maintaining accountability for schedule execution
