We're recruiting for an established, growing Colorado commercial general contractor with a portfolio of significant healthcare, aviation, municipal, and commercial construction projects.

This is an opportunity to join a smaller to midsize GC where your field experience, safety knowledge, and leadership can directly influence how projects are executed.

WHO SHOULD CONSIDER THIS?

1. Construction Safety Managers / Site Safety Managers

You have experience leading jobsite safety for a commercial general contractor, managing OSHA compliance, inspections, incident investigations, subcontractor coordination, and corrective actions. You're looking for greater ownership and influence at a growing organization.

2. Senior Safety Coordinators / Construction Safety Specialists

You've spent years in the field identifying hazards, conducting inspections, leading safety training, and working alongside construction teams. You're ready to work in a healthier work environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Commercial general contracting or complex commercial building experience as a Safety Manager

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, construction safety programs, and jobsite risk management

• Understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, and subcontractor operations

• Ability to identify hazards, enforce standards, and communicate effectively with field teams

• OSHA 30 Construction; CHST, CSP, or OSHA 500 preferred

FIELD-BASED LEADERSHIP

This is a hands-on position supporting active construction projects throughout the Denver metro area. You'll work directly with field teams, oversee safety practices, conduct inspections, and help improve safety performance across projects.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$105,000 to $115,000 Base Salary + Bonus
