Director of Food & Beverage – Luxury Resort

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Compensation: $175K–$190K Base + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to join a prestigious luxury waterfront resort in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic hospitality leader to oversee a large-scale, multi-outlet F&B operation, driving exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, lounges, banquets, and in-room dining.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing F&B leadership team.
• Manage budgets, labor costs, revenue growth, and overall financial performance.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on menu development, service standards, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive innovation while maintaining exceptional luxury hospitality standards.

Ideal Candidate:

• 7–10 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience within luxury hotels or resorts.
• Currently holds a Director of Food & Beverage title.
• Strong background overseeing multiple F&B outlets and large teams.
• Excellent financial acumen, wine knowledge, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to elevate guest experiences and maximize profitability.
