Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packing and Shipping Associate to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately packing and preparing products for shipment while ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld. Your energetic approach will help streamline order fulfillment, support inventory management, and contribute to efficient warehouse operations.

Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm

Duties

• Carefully pack products using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all items meet quality standards.


• Prepare shipping documentation, labels, and manifests accurately for outgoing orders while coordinating with carriers for timely pickups.


• Conduct quality control checks on packed items to ensure order accuracy and completeness before dispatch.


• Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) use guidelines.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, barcode scanning for logistics, and inventory management systems.


• Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and verifying quantities accurately.


• Prior experience in order picking & packing, load & unload procedures, and warehouse distribution processes is highly desirable.


• Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards.
